Vegan Recipe of the Week: Vegan Casserole

This is a very simple and flavorful comfort food recipe.

Ingredients:

2 Cans of yellow corn
-2 cans of black beans
-6 small potatoes, cut up into little pieces. (Boil on medium heat for 5 minutes)
-1 glass can of pasta sauce
-1 table spoon of coconut oil
-Add all your ingredients together and stir
-add any seasons you like and put in oven for about 30minutes
Voila and Bon appetit! :)
